Do you have to sign into Google talk on Android to download apps from market?

Because many people say you have to be online on Google talk on the android to download. I can't sign in, thats why. Anyone with android phone. PLEASE help me. If possible, can u try downloading a free app when u r not signed in on GTalk?

I have a prepaid samsung android and can't seem to access certain apps - is it because of my service? Is there a way around this?

Not all apps are compatible with all versions of android. For example if you have gingerbread (2.3) ice cream sandwich (4.0) apps wouldn't work. Hope i helped :P

and you also can use some anti-virus software to detect it.
