Answer
I personally admire about Windows Phone OS. But to say the truth about other Operating Systems, android is for Good Gaming Experience, iOS is for Futuristic and Unique Use of Smartphones, while Blackberry's RIM OS is an Outdated platform which lacks good performance. Windows Phone Platform is for People those who want to do things and to stay in touch with the World every time and everyday!!
Cheers :)

Answer
Symbian is the most power full mobile operating system in the world because it uses no virtual machines and has the most perfected RAM mapping as well as the best CPU thread management. Thereby allowing it to have brilliant performance (especially in-app) on low power hardware. This results in better battery life, as well as lighter, more eco-friendly, cheaper though higher quality and more reliable hardware But what I rely like about Symbian is unlike all the others its main design design priority is doing pone things like calling perfectly. App store wise the Symbian isn't to bad, on paper it may appear small in comparison to iOS and Android but there is more than enough apps for the average users. Nokia store apps also have to g through rigorous testing meaning there is a lot less nonsense on the Nokia store. Symbian has also been designed to be the most reliable with it's Micro-kernel design meaning it can boot even if some drivers re broken and updates are smaller.

Android is in my eyes probably the most useless OS off them all. Android uses first off the not so good Dalvik virtual machine to run all it's apps which on it's own more than haves the app performance, further more it's mapping and thread management isn't that good. Thats why high-end Android devices have Dual Core 1.5ghz processors. Furthermore the Android market may be large but apps don't get proper testing allowing a lot of nonsense in. I also don't like the idea of Android that the whole android system is marketing driven making your phone a mobile billboard eating all your data. Android also don't innovate they just steal from from Nokia and Apple. Like the drop down was first used on Nokia's Meemo the previous version of Meego.

For me Meego and iOS are basically the same, they are both brilliant operating systems, but there problem is there more like the the PC oses than they are mobile oses. I would not go for meego because Nokia have definitely killed meaning no more support, unlike Symbian which is living till at least 2016. Another problem wit iOS for me is that it's a bit boring because it doesn't have widgets and how it looks has never really changed. And because iOS is Apple doing things cost a lot of money.

Windows phone for me is a lot like the previous two just not as powerful and a bit more boring unlike the exiting new Symbian Belle which has a minimum requirement to run smoothly less than half that of windows phone.

As a final testimony to Symbian's power it is the only mobile operating system that has had camera larger than 8mp. Nokia who have a 12mp camera couldn't fit it to there windows phone. Sony who had developed a 16mp camera had to use an old version of Symbian instead of android to run it. And finally Apple purchased there 8mp camera from Sony, though they could have gone for the 16mp, I wonder why not?

Answer
Ok, the first answer is slightly off, you can get backgrounds on ios. and itunes is ok, cus i just take music from other sources and put it on itunes. I also like the netflix ability, and i think the user interface is easier. Plus, just jailbreak it for third party apps. nbd. and who cares if facetime doesnt work on 3g? its not like i walk down the street having a video call anyway.plus, the updates are easier. and $800 dollars? a bit over exaggerated dont you think. the 3g s is now only $49. I like android and windows too, but for different reasons than i like the iphone
