My samsung prevail is frozen i tried to reset it and taking the battery out that didnt seem to work. What are some other ways i can try to unfreeze my phone??
Answer
Hmm- if you unplugged the phone, and the screen is still producing an image- you can try a few of the following...
1.) While phone is unplugged from wall, battery pulled out -- hold the power button for several seconds.
2.) Plug into your computer with the battery pulled, and hold down the volume button (either holding both up and down, up, or down by it self... try different variations) Then unplug it ***it should have an android shoveling or something on the screen.. once here- pull the plug
3.) leave it on without the battery, your phone, unlikely but possible, may have an internal battery for powering time and such like that of a computer mobo. Just let it run out of power... Not the greatest fix, but it might do the trick
hope this helps

What are the best samsung/android phones that Wind Mobile offer?
Lorie A.
I have a blackberry bold and lets be honest, they're crap. I'm looking for a phone that will be efficient and have a good battery life. Anyone know what phones would suit my needs that are with Wind Mobile?? Thanks :)
Answer
Wind offers the Galaxy Nexus from Google, which is a top end Android device.
If you're looking for efficiency, check out the Nokia Lumia 710. It's a Windows Phone (not Android), but the simple user interface design is very efficient and easy to use. It is a lower end phone, compared to the Galaxy Nexus.
